Restoring Peace Through Yin

A 3 class workshop series for slowing down, releasing & turning inward.

Fall naturally invites us to begin shifting from the outward energy of summer toward a quieter, more reflective season.

Join me for Restoring Peace Through Yin, an intentional 90-minute experience exploring the practice and philosophy of Yin Yoga and the wisdom of slowing down.

We'll begin with a brief introduction to Yin—exploring the balance between yin and yang energy, why both are necessary, and how cultivating more stillness can support our bodies, nervous systems, and everyday lives.

Then we'll move into a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice with longer-held, supported postures and plenty of space to breathe, soften, and notice.

Our experience may include:

• Gentle education on Yin philosophy and seasonal energy
• Breathwork and grounding practices
• A guided Yin Yoga practice
• Meditation and guided imagery
• Sound, essential oils, and other sensory supports
• Quiet reflection and integration
• A deeply restful closing

Rather than trying to accomplish more, this workshop is an invitation to practice being with what is—creating space to soften, release, receive, and restore.

No previous Yin or yoga experience is necessary. All practices can be adapted to support your individual body and needs.

Come as you are and give yourself permission to turn inward.
