Mindful Mamas
Small Group - Life Skills & Mindfulness Coaching for Moms
““There is no role in life that is more essential than that of motherhood””
Mindful Mamas is Life skills & Mindfulness program developed to provide education and life skills to new and existing moms as they transition into the ever changing role of motherhood. This program was created for the mother, to support her experience in mothering, and is focused on maternal health, well-being, and empowerment. Groups sessions are small, supportive and experiential as directed through the lens of occupational therapy and mindfulness. This program will provide mothers the space and resources to harness their own personal healing and growth through self awareness, engagement in meaningful activities, and building community with like minded mamas.
I have over 15 years experience facilitating groups in mental health settings, community, coaching, and yoga workshops. I strive to create a comfortable, confidential, and healing space for women to gather, be, learn, and share within semi-structured discussion, science driven education, intuitive exercises, and mind-body connection.
Small group topics may include:
Nervous system support and regulation (for mom!) because you are the anchor for your household
Practical, real life self-care strategies that align with the flow of motherhood as it’s always shifting
Exploring joy, hobbies, and self identity outside of momming
Practical, real life “mom hacks” and life skills that no one ever taught us
Self talk, thought shifting, and self compassion - because…mom guilt is real
Setting self-care boundaries and advocating for your needs - because mom is a person too!

“I’ve been feeling the disconnect from my body longer than I’d like to admit and last night helped guide myself back to filling my own cup. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed.”
