Session Essence

If you’ve been feeling depleted, tense, or disconnected from yourself — you’re not alone. Many women reach a point where they realize their usual self-care no longer fills their cup. Stress, loss, and constant responsibility can leave the body in a state of survival, making it hard to rest, focus, or feel joy.
These 1:1 restorative wellness sessions are designed to help you gently come back home to yourself. Rooted in nervous system support, somatic techniques, and mindful daily rhythms, each session offers a personalized experience to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to heal.
Grounded in my background as a licensed occupational therapist, life coach, and yoga teacher, this work blends science with soul — drawing from mind-body medicine, trauma-informed practices, and holistic self-care principles. Sessions are offered outside the medical model, in a calm, supportive space that honors your whole being.
You’ll leave with more clarity, ease, and practical tools to continue your self-care journey beyond the session — including a follow-up email with recommended practices and gentle reminders to help you integrate what we do together.

Personalized 1:1 sessions designed to teach you skills to balance your nervous system and restore peace in your daily routines. I draw from somatic & sensory techniques, HeartMath® biofeedback, yoga, and energy work to help you release stress, regulate emotions, and feel grounded again. These sessions include personalized self care coaching, mind body skills training, and gentle healing modalities.
You'll leave with clear follow-up recommendations and customized rituals to continue your healing between sessions.

Restorative Rest Sessions
INitial assessmenT 60 min/$110 Follow up sessions 45 min/$85; 60 min $110
An deeply restorative session to soothe your system and return to yourself. Includes personalized relaxation techniques and nourishing 1:1 care through restorative yoga, guided meditation, reiki/healing touch fusion energy work, and sensory strategies to gently guide your nervous system back to a balanced state.

Anyone experience acute stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm
Women needing support and a sacred space to rest and recharge

Virtual Mind-Body Skills Coaching
Initial Assessment 60 min/$110 follow up sessions 50 min/$90 Coaching Packages Available
1:1 Mind Body Skills training for chronic stress, pain, fatigue and/or burnout. We will customzie your care to your needs and interests and create a healing routines guide and self-care support plan to complete virtually.
