There’s no set order — begin wherever you feel called.
You can return to these practices as often as you need to restore calm and reconnect with yourself through the holidays and beyond.

A GENTLE PAUSE: GUIDED MEDITATION
Create a quiet, uncluttered space to be seated or rest laying down while you experience a chakra balancing and energetic protection guided meditation for the holiday season. Don’t worry, you don’t need to “do” anything. Simply rest and receive. Follow up with the Restorative Yoga Sequence or Journaling exercises.
A GENTLE PAUSE: Restorative Yoga Sequence
Put on something comfy, grab some pillow and props, and maybe add some soft music in the background as you prepare for a simple yet effective Restorative Yoga sequence to help you ground your energy and reconnect with your body and breathe. Feel free to linger in Savasana as long as you’d like or follow with the Guided Meditation or journaling exercises.
Make a nice warm cup of tea or your favorite comfort drink, light a candle, and set aside some quiet space to self reflect. Sometime getting all those thoughts swirling in the head out on paper can be a significant relief and bring insight, clarity, and inner peace.
