I offer 1:1 self-care guidance rooted in nervous system care, somatic support, and daily rhythms that feel nourishing. This work is grounded in my background as a licensed occupational therapist and yoga teacher—but offered outside the medical model, in a space that honors your whole being.

Restorative Self-Care Sessions

A deeply restorative, one-on-one session designed to balance your nervous system and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. I draw from somatic therapies, HeartMath® biofeedback, yoga, and energy work to help you release stress, regulate emotions, and feel grounded again. These sessions include personalized self care coaching, mind body skills training, and gentle healing modalities.
You'll leave with clear follow-up recommendations and customized rituals to continue your healing between sessions.

*Initial Assessment includes a comprehensive mind–body–lifestyle assessment to personalize your care. Together, we’ll create a custom self-care plan, ongoing session roadmap, and a Healing Routines guide tailored to your body’s unique rhythms.
Restorative Rest Sessions

An deeply restorative session to soothe your system and return to yourself. Includes personalized relaxation techniques and nourishing 1:1 care through restorative yoga, guided meditation, reiki/healing touch fusion energy work, and sensory strategies to gently guide your nervous system back to a balanced state.

Anyone experience acute stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm
Women needing support and a sacred space to rest and recharge
Those interested in integrative healing and mind body medicine
*Initial Assessment includes a focused check-in to assess your current stressors, sensory preferences, and nervous system/energetic state. This allows us to create a personalized healing experience tailored to your unique needs of the day.
Virtual: Mind-Body Coaching & Self-care Support
1:1 Mind Body Skills training for chronic stress, pain, fatigue and/or burnout. We will customzie your care to your needs and interests and create a healing routines map and support plan to complete virtually. Distance based reiki and energy work can also be included.

Those unable to attend session in person, or those who are out of town and would like to work with me ( I do work virtually with men)
