Hatha Yoga 101

Focus is on breath mechanics, body awareness, mindfulness, and safety. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Learn or return the basics of yoga so you can feel confident and safe in your body taking other classes and practicing at home.

Yoga-Qi Flow

This class infuses a gentle yoga flow sequence with Spring Forest Qigong techniques to re-energize the mind, body & energy systems. Focus will be on linking our movements to breath, creating graceful and lengthened body postures, and balancing the chakra system based on chinese medicine principles. All levels class. Beginners welcome.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

Restorative yoga includes gentle poses that are supported by props and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure and relaxes the body. Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions. Restorative yoga is the ideal antidote to modern day lifestyles and trapped stress in the mind, physical & energetic body.

Yoga Nidra is a step by step guided meditation through awareness of body points, breath, sensation and visualizations of nature. This activates parts of the brain that induce a deep state of relaxation where muscle tension can be relieved as well as subconcious thoughts and emotional patterns that may be causing dis-ease in our lives. It is an excellent tool to improve quailty of sleep and stress related conditions.

Soulcare Sesh: Intuitive Guidance Workshops

Experience the deeply restorative benefits of conscious rest in this customizable workshop. Participants will be treated with in luxuriously calming enviroment, including herbal incense, essential oils, and resting effortlessly with props on the mat. You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra - the practice of deep conscious rest while receiving Reiki & Healing Touch. The experience can be enhanced with guided intuitive enery work, discussion, journaling and creative medium.

Groups of 3 of more. Workshops requires 2 hour time slot.

SoulCare Sesh: Nourish & Restore

Book an evening of SoulCare and nourishment through restorative yoga, meditation, healing touch, self massage techniques with essential oils, and Reiki. This is a total pamering experience! Option to add in clean beauty facials and/or makeup application.

For groups 3-10, inquire for larger groups. Sessions require 60-90 min time slot.

 

Prenatal Yoga


This class will provide you much needed relaxation while building strength and stamina necessary to support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as your body and life roles change. Class will include: breathing exercises, visualization for healthy body image and bonding with your baby, yoga postures tailored for this special time, and space to connect with other mamas-to-be. You will leave feeling empowered to create a positive pregnancy, birth, and post-partum journey. All levels of pregnancy and yoga experience are welcome!

Mama & Baby Yoga

This class is for mothers and babies 3 weeks-crawling. Bond through loving touch, sight, sound, and movement. A beautiful and fun practice with your little yogi. Dads, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome too! Mindful Mamas conversation and education on infant massage and stretching included with the 45 min. Mama & Baby Yoga Sequence.

Toddler & Kids Yoga

This class is for the whole family with young yogis up to 8 years of age. Older siblings will have a blast too! Class includes movement, stories, music, and fun! Mini pumpkins provided with this fun seasonal themed class. Goodie bags for the first 10 yogis.

Yoga for Life Events

Life is meant to be celebrated, and so are you!
Whether it be a wedding, birthday, Mother Blessing, retirement, or simply a celebration of friendship with your tribe of women - hosting a private yoga event is a unique and empowering way to honor life's events. I offer customized events for small groups, catering to women (but men are welcome too!). Services can include but are not limited to: a personalized yoga session, guided relaxation, self care activities such as facials & foot soaks, and gift bags. Private Yoga Instruction

Dive deeper in your yoga practice with individual instruction or utilize Yoga as a healing tool for a specific injury or illness. I specialize in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, yoga for chronic pain, depression & anxiety, and Yoga for sensory needs. Consultation required.

Private Weekly Group Instruction

Do you have a group of friends that would like to practice yoga together? Are you looking for personalized instruction for beginners or a mixed level group in the comfort of your home, community or workspace? Special rates for 4-6 week private group sessions! Must have adequate space and participants must bring own mat and props. I have prop packages available.
