Focus is on breath mechanics, body awareness, mindfulness, and safety. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Learn or return the basics of yoga so you can feel confident and safe in your body taking other classes and practicing at home.

Spring Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Soulcare Workshop

Monday May 20th - 7:00-8:30pm

Experience the deeply restorative benefits of conscious rest in this special Spring workshop. Participants will be treated in a luxuriously calming enviroment including essential oils, and resting effortlessly with props on the mat. You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra - the practice of deep conscious rest . This experience will be enhanced with Reiki & Healing Touch.

Restorative Yoga Mondays 7:-00-8:15pm- Special 5 week session for APril

Restorative yoga includes gentle poses that are supported by props and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure and relaxes the body. Class will include guided breathwork and meditation for general stress relief and relaxation of physical, mental and emotional tension.
