Drop in for a weekly class! Classes are relaxed, gentle, and fun! We focus on stress releif, mind body connection, and practical tools you can take off your mat and into your day. All levels of experience are welcome. Check out class descriptions under “Service- Yoga & Workshops” tab.

I spend the summer free and wild with my family and practicing yoga through the art of being present! I’ll be offering a few mid-summer events as well as kids yoga in collab with Lykke Book so check my calendar for special events.

Another fun themed Kids Yoga event in collaboration with Lykke Books! Stretch, Create, and Snack Your Way Through Summer Fun! Geared towards kiddos ages 3-6 yr. $15 first child, $5 additonal siblings. Register with Lykke Books.
