You recognize yourself here

Youโ€™re carrying a lot.

Youโ€™re juggling responsibilities, caring for others, or moving through a demanding season of life.

You feel overwhelmed or depleted.

You know you need to slow down, but it can be hard to know how when so much still needs your attention.

Youโ€™re ready for a different way.

Youโ€™re craving more space to listen inward, reconnect with what you need, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.

How I can support you

I believe meaningful self-care begins with learning to listen to yourself.

My approach blends together my background as an occupational therapist with coaching, yoga, somatic practices and holistic self-care. Together, we create space to slow down, notice whatโ€™s happening beneath the surface, and explore what you need to feel more supported in your life.

Four themes weโ€™ll explore together

  • Self-awareness

Noticing whatโ€™s happening within you and recognizing your needs, patterns and responses.

  • Self-reflection

Creating space to listen inward, get curious and understand what your experiences may be telling you.

  • Self-advocacy

Learning to honor what you need, communicate it and make choices that support your wellbeing.

  • Self-care

Creating restorative practices that feel supportive, sustainable and genuinely yours.

Restorative self-care coaching

Personalized, intuitive support for your nervous system, body, mind, and daily routines - in-person or virtually.

These 1:1 sessions are designed to help you pause, establish an anchor point, and build the life skills and practices that support greater balance in your everyday life.

Exploring your current lifestyle, stressors, and strengths though my lens as an occupational therapist, sessions are personalized uniquely to you. Together, we identify the patterns that leave you feeling depleted, ways to regulate your nervous system, and restorative routines and rituals that support you beyond our time together.

  • I cannot recommend Healing Routines enough! Her 1-on-1 self care coaching sessions were the exact thing I needed to navigate some challenging life situations and walk away with concrete tools to improve my approach to stress, set physical and emotional boundaries, and learn ways to restore. Kinzie's energy is open, calming and healing."

  • "Today I did a private session called Restorative Rest Session. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a better understanding of their own zen. Wow doesnโ€™t even come close to how much I enjoyed this. Kinzie is so very well trained & is very knowledgeable & passionate about her work."

  • I love learning the science behind why I feel the way I do during different situations. Learning about sensory overload helped me develop language I can use to communicate better with my family and also helps me give myself some grace during those "overloading" situations.
