Hi, Iβm Kinzie - founder of Healing Routines
and I am so glad you're hereIβm a mother of three, an occupational therapist, self-care coach, yoga teacher and a lifelong student of what helps us feel whole.
Through rest, ritual, and restorative care, I help women learn to care for themselves with greater compassion, awareness, and understandingβso they can reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their power, and make more room for joy in everyday life.
My work brings together science and soul, practical wisdom and intuitionβcreating space for curiosity, connection, and a little everyday magic.
What I believeYou deserve more than a life spent simply keeping up.
Healing isn't a destination to reach, but a lifelong practice of meeting yourself with compassion through the unraveling and becoming, again and again.
Through rest, we restore joy; through ritual, we rediscover meaning; and through restorative self-care, we reclaim our power to live authentically.
You are worthy of a life well loved, well rested, and fully felt, with space to honor your needs, reclaim your energy, and share your unique gifts with the world.
MY STORY
A winding path led me here
For more than a decade, I worked as a holistic occupational therapist, supporting people through stress, chronic pain, burnout and major life transitions. That work taught me how deeply our nervous systems, environments and everyday routines shape our lived experience and how we interact with the world.
Along the way, I began exploring yoga, mindfulness, Qigong, somatic body work, energy work and coaching as a way to care for myself and also my clients. These practices expanded how I understood well-being, trauma, and the mind-body connection. My passion for holding a healing space for others led me to imagine a place where science and soul could meet.
My own experiences as a healthcare professional, mother and caregiver made this work personal, too. Healing Routines grew from a desire to bring all these parts of my life and learning together, creating a place where women can rest without guilt, receive openly, and remember to trust themselves.

My approachScience, intuition and empowerment
My approach brings together nervous-system education, personalized self-care practices through the occupational therapy framework, mind-body skills, along with an appreciation for intuition and the rhythms of the natural world.
Rather than telling you what you should do, I offer a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply and explore what genuinely supports you. Together, we can create restorative practices and everyday routines that honor your needs, your season of life and your own inner knowing.
